Ron Saunders uses the sun to teach. |
Bayview resident and artist Ron Saunders, whose large-scale images on tile hang in the interior of the new Bayview Branch Library, hosted fun in the sun last Thursday.
Kids of all ages played with photosensitive paper, using netting, colanders, and other common objects to create uncommon artwork with a little help from the sun.
"This is how photography began," Ron said as he helped a young person get started at one of the tables next to the library.
