Community builders might never reach everyone in our neighborhood, or even on any one block where projects like the Latona Garden regularly bring people together across all sorts of "dividing lines." But a sign like this, at the very least, can communicate the goal. Each of us is important. Each of us has a valuable role to play in reawakening the enormous strengths in our community.

Sign of the times
