Sure you want your neighbors to keep the racket down to a low roar. But if your neighbor is a "Truth-Teller," you just might want to turn the volume up.Marie Harrison is just such a neighbor. She, husband Na'im, children and grandchildren are Quesada Gardens members on the 1700 block of Quesada where they are loved as good neighbors. Marie is a familiar figure from her run for Supervisor, column in the Bayview Newspaper, and long activism through Greenaction to close down a polluting power plant in our neighborhood.
She has been selected for The 2007 10 Women Campaign, Truth-Tellers, featuring Flyaway Productions (The Dance Brigade and Grrl Brigade) at the ODC on Shotwell between 17th and 18th Streets.
