Bayview's makers gather at Speakeasy

About thirty vendors gathered inside and outside of Speakeasy Brewery on Evans last Sunday to sell their locally-made wares. Indie Mart was behind the event. 

Speakeasy Brewery is one of the most successful businesses in Bayview, with its brews becoming ubiquitous in pubs and stores. Entrepreneurs and makers in Bayview struggle to emulate that success in a neighborhood long-known for economic struggle.

Indie-Mart organizers have scheduled similar events in Bayview on Sunday July 14th at Building Resources on Cargo Way, and Sunday October 6th back at Speakeasy.
