Please Note: **If you have received court papers (such as a “Summons and Complaint”) DO NOT wait for the walk-in clinic hours or a call back from the message line.** Take your papers to the Eviction Defense Collaborative at 995 Market Street, Suite #1200, during the hours of 9:30-11:30 a.m. or 1:00-3:00 p.m. They will help you prepare a response.
