QGI organizer, James Ross, was one of the many community members pitching in at the Bayview Opera House today as SWA landscapers from across the country transformed the exterior space of the historic building with good design and a load of plants.The sun came out, community members gathered, and the spirit of the beautiful and vibrant Bayview neighborhood could be felt everywhere. Mayor Gavin Newsome, SWA Managing Principal Rene Bihan, and Opera House Acting Director Vernon Grigg spoke to the crowd of participants about the visual transformation of the exterior space as reflective of the neighborhood's promise.
SWA and all the company's community-minded professionals deserve our lasting gratitude for what was truly a memorable day and an exceptional social contribution!
