When the victim failed to give the man his money he was punched in the head, falling to the ground. The suspect took the victim’s glasses and his wallet from his pocket. The victim suffered two cracked teeth, a laceration to his skull, and abrasions to his hand.

When the suspect was brought to the station he claimed that the elderly man attacked him. He was booked for robbery and the crack that was found in his pocket.
