On Saturday, September 26th from 10 am to 2pm on Jerrold Avenue at Phelps in the Bayview Hunters Point neighborhood, green will turn blue, and that just how the SF Public Utilities Commission likes it as the 2nd annual Big Blue Bucket Eco-Fair makes being eco-friendly fun and easy.
Last year’s inaugural Big Blue Bucket Eco-Fair was a big hit. Get to this year’s event early for free compost, rakes, and plumbing devices. You will also find savings on solar panel installations, and information you can use to capture rainwater, dispose of unused medicines and used cooking oils, conserve water, prevent flooding, and keep your family safe in an emergency.
